Travel with confidence knowing the experts at Haute Route have all the details handled, from the difficulty of the course, the amazing scenery, accessibility from abroad, quality of food and accommodation and much more. At Haute Route we are always looking for ways to help you achieve more, like riding through the magnificent Al Hajar Mountain in Oman last March. Next October, you will also have the opportunity to climb a volcano in Mexico or discover the Qingcheng region of China on totally closed roads. In 2020, we are happy to announce three new destinations for 3-day events. | Haute Route Crans-Montana – 3-5 July 2020 | A prestigious family destination, Crans-Montana has already welcomed the Haute Route Dolomites Swiss Alps between 2014 and 2017. For the first time in 2020, the Haute Route will stay in the beautiful Swiss resort for three consecutive days. This 3-day event, which includes the greatest elevation gain of the 2020 calendar, will challenge you on the lesser-known cols which are true gems and offer incredible views. During the two classic stages in the heart of the Valais Central, you will cycle through vineyards, traditional villages and gorges before attacking winding ascents with numerous hairpin bends. On the last day, you will set off from Sierre, Switzerland's sunniest city, to face the ascent of the Col de Crans-Montana. | Haute Route Brazil – 11-13 September 2020 | Haute Route will visit the Southern hemisphere for the first time in 2020. From the ocean to the highlands, be prepared for a unique and demanding course. You'll experience a mix of scenic roads along the shore, through rainforests, and up to the iconic 17km Serra do Rio do Rastro climb towards Brazilian highlands, finishing on the summit of the highest inhabited site in southern Brazil. And to crown it all, a time trial in downtown Florianópolis from the historic Hercílio Luz iron bridge up to the highest point of the island and a breathtaking ocean view. | Haute Route Boulder – 18-20 September 2020 | After welcoming the Haute Route Rockies, Boulder will host the Haute Route on a new 3-day format. Boulder features 300 days of sunshine per year, an elevation of 5,430 feet (1655 metres) above sea level, beautiful canyon roads leading into the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and convenient access to Denver International Airport. With easy access to twisty canyon roads leading up to high altitude summits, as well as flat and rolling terrain in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Haute Route Boulder will feature two road stages (100-140km and 2500M+ to 3500M+ each) and a Stage 3 time trial. | REACH NEW HEIGHTS: SEASON 1 | There is much more to the Haute Route experience than turning up for the event and your journey with us doesn’t stop once you’ve crossed the finish line.
