The death of a baby who was decapitated during delivery was a homicide, a Georgia medical examiner’s office ruled this week. The attorney representing Jessica Ross and Treveon Isaiah Taylor, the baby’s parents, said at a news conference that the hospital and their obstetrician were not forthcoming about the baby’s cause of death in July and that the case was something he had “never seen” in his life.
