TIME OUT: Joe Horn was one of the most colorful characters in New Orleans Saints history, a Pro Bowl wide receiver who celebrated catches with herky-jerky dance moves, sometimes referred to himself in the third person and once capped a touchdown by pulling a hidden phone from the goalpost and pretending to call his son. On Wednesday, however, Horn was sentenced to three years of probation for defrauding a health care program for retired National Football League players.
