GAME ON: The developer behind several popular and influential computer games is starting up a studio in New Orleans that could create 75 jobs paying at least $100,000 each. Meet Jeff Strain, whose portfolio includes World of Warcraft, StarCraft and Diablo series.
HARD ROCK: The likely cause of the deadly, partial collapse of the Hard Rock Hotel is coming into sharper focus, as a structural engineer hired to demolish the remains of the building becomes the second to draw attention to the steel beams on the 16th floor. Meanwhile, a grand jury will be convened to consider whether the collapse was caused by negligence that merit felony charges.
