If you are a Microsoft subscriber, you can use Word's built-in dictation function. Google Docs also has a built-in method if you are using Chrome as your browser. There is also another website you can use to dictate text.

Subscribe at iTunes... Quick Tip: Hide Some Of Your Contact Information You can share your card from the Contacts app, but maybe you don't want to share all of it. Go to Contacts, Preferences, vCard and enable private me card. Then use Card, Go to My Card. Then click the Edit button. Now you'll see checkboxes on the right and can uncheck things you don't want to export when sharing your card.
