In breaking news, it is now understood that agreement has been reached between the four home nations around relaxing plans for Christmas. We will bring you all the news as we have it. Plans for Christmas were uncertain this morning following a meeting with the devolved leaders and Michael Gove.
Health Minister Robin Swann is to submit a paper, setting out officials’ advice, to the Executive on Thursday but major changes to the Christmas restriction now seem unlikely.
