Good morning, Marketer. Take a second look at AI claims. Martech vendors as well as marketers have to buy martech solutions. However, being an expert on CRM platforms which your company sells, doesnât mean youâre an expert, for example, on the AI capabilities of the digital experience platforms you currently need. Thatâs why I was so glad for everyone in the space when I found out the FTC is focusing on marketing claims involving artificial intelligence. AI is already in many products and is being added to many more. Unfortunately, AI comes in many flavors, and itâs even possible that real AI is not in every product that says it has it. How many people in your company have the expertise to make this determination? We need all the help we can get and I, for one, appreciate the FTC providing some.
