With zesty flavors and so many different varieties, chili is one of our favorite meals. Sun-dried tomatoes give Hearty Chili a rich tomato flavor while the addition of brown rice makes it a filling meal. Tomatillo Chili is a tangy variation made with creamy white beans that is sure to be added to your weekly menu. If you’re mindful of eating your greens, White Bean and Kale Chili is a great one-pot meal that will satisfy your taste buds. Smoky Yam Chili is spicy and delicious, top it with Tofu Sour Cream or avocado slices. Looking for quick weeknight options? Black Bean Chili and Chunky Chili are made with canned beans cutting the cooking time down to half an hour - serve over a baked potato or your favorite whole grain for a hearty meal.

If you’re having trouble reaching your health or weight loss goals we are here to help. When you sign up for our 12-Day McDougall Program, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Support Specialist who will meet with you each day of the program to answer any questions you have. You will continue to work with your Support Specialist on a weekly and then monthly basis for an entire year following the program to help you stay on track. A community of 12-Day participants offers support, encouragement and understanding in weekly Zoom meetings. Twice a month Heather, Mary and Dr. McDougall host a Zoom meeting to catch up and answer any questions you may have.

Learning from home will allow you to immediately apply what you’ve learned, practice in your own kitchen and get direct guidance from the McDougall team as questions come up. This is the exact environment where you’ll be challenged in your everyday life, and we’ll be there with you every step of the way. We’re here to set you up for lasting success.
