From the frontlines of water and the pandemic.
Dear John,

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a real-time catastrophe. To many, it illustrates the challenges to come in the slow-motion disasters such as climate change, and social and environmental injustice, all of which are accelerating rapidly. To us, it also is a catalyst for addressing these issues through a fundamental common denominator.

All these issues, at their heart, involve water.

Please join us in telling the stories that will keep a focus on water’s role in healing, helping and hope, with your support for our nonprofit news team.

Right now, the NewsMatch challenge is directly matching one-time donations and offering a 12x match for the first installment of monthly donations, up to a limit of $1,000. With your support, we can claim the total NewsMatch limit of $10,000, meaning $20,000 toward journalism that matters.

Will you consider supporting our nonprofit news team today?

Yes, I support Circle of Blue!
With gratitude,

In California, hundreds of thousands of residents, perhaps as many as one million of the 39 million people in the state, do not have safe drinking water or toilet facilities.
