IBM's P-TECH school program provides STEM pathway IBM is partnering with policymakers and education leaders to boost the number of Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools in the US to 300 by 2023. Schools in the P-TECH program offer students from disadvantaged communities the chance to earn a two-year STEM-related associate degree alongside their high-school diploma at no cost, and IBM says 55% of P-TECH schools are majority Hispanic.
