If you're like many artists that I know, the idea of marketing and selling your artwork can feel downright distasteful.
After all, shouldn't the quality of the artwork speak for itself? Shouldn't any knowledgeable collector be able recognize great artwork and just buy it without the artist having to sell them on it?
I'm afraid that this belief is just a myth that just gets in the way of most artists' success. It's what Dave Geada often refers to as a self-defeating narrative. Fortunately, there's something that you can do about it.
