It’s difficult, of course, to make time to step back from the non-stop rush of work, requests, meetings and deadlines. But it can be worth it, especially if you use that time to develop ways of dealing with all those imperatives more efficiently. Most of us manage to exercise our bodies — to some extent, anyway. There are ways to exercise the mind too.

Leadership and executive coach Hana Jacover has some actionable advice on how to do just that in the first of her articles for us. She goes into a lot more detail than just “keep calm and carry on.” Her words are worth some reflection; not just for marketers, but maybe for journalists too.
