These soft sugar cookies with fudge and a banana whipped cream are amazing.
Make the whipped cream as below so that is firmer and then add banana flavor and a little ripe, mashed bananas. The "cookies" are made with a Vanilla Bean Baby Cake Mix and scooped onto a baking sheet with an ice cream scoop!
Once I made strawberry pineapple whipped cream by mincing fresh pineapple, wringing the juice out with paper towels, and then folding it into the strawberry whipped cream.
I love caramel nut whipped cream with chopped, salted snacking nuts and whipped cream made with peanut butter. |
