"It’s the things we play with and the people who help us play that make a great difference in our lives.” β€” Fred Rogers (Mister Rogers)

Hi John,

I'm delighted to share a FREE lesson with you from our membership program, TinkerLab Schoolhouse: Paper Bag Animal Puppets, a fun open-ended collage activity for you to try this weekend πŸ¦‰πŸΆπŸ¦’πŸ°.

In this project, your child will collage with paper, practice cutting skills (if they're ready), and create an animal puppet inspired by our tips, or from their imagination.

We'll show you how to make four different animal puppets that your child can take as direct inspiration, or they can go in their own unique direction. We encourage experimentation and original ideas around here, after all :)

Your art plan for the weekend is now answered, and you'll have hand made puppets to play with!

You can find a this activity on the Tinkerlab blog. Scroll to the end for the FREE guide.

This activity is just one of five new projects our members have access to each week.

What is TinkerLab Schoolhouse?

TinkerLab Schoolhouse is a weekly plan of tinkering, art, and science activities that are fun for kids and easy for you to set up. It's like a meal plan for creativity, for children ages 3 to 8.

As a member, these are the activities you can look forward to trying next week. ‡️
