KQED Member Days at The Walt Disney Family Museum September 15-16 Free Admission to Special Exhibition Walt Disney's The Jungle Book: Making a Masterpiece Acclaimed animator Andreas Deja guest curates this exhibition celebrating the 55th anniversary of the beloved Disney animated classic The Jungle Book (1967). Explore the creative complexities behind the making of the movie and experience 300 rare artworks and ephemera. An array of maquettes, model sheets, pencil tests, story sketches, concept art, behind-the-scenes photos and documents, American and international movie posters, and merchandise will also be on display, as well as archival film clips and interviews. Admission is free September 15–16, 2022 for the Special Exhibition only, not the main museum, for KQED members (plus one guest) who present their current KQED member card. Capacity is limited so entry is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Last entry into the exhibition hall is 4:30pm.
