Meanwhile, in France, the coronavirus lockdown may not be over, but workers at the fire-damaged Notre Dame Cathedral were gearing up for cleanup and restoration efforts to resume next week. And finally, New Zealand claimed victory over coronavirus Monday, with Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern telling reporters the virus is effectively eliminated.
