Saxon Knight, a former Deloitte employee, has filed a lawsuit alleging the company's advertised 16 weeks of parental leave "comes with a huge catch" as the company let her go following her leave. Knight says she was told there was no position for her to return to and her job would have been better protected if she had returned after the 12 weeks provided under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
