Foreign Office revises advice on cruising, rivers now exempt
In a move widely welcomed by the cruise industry, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office has revised its blanket advice against all cruising, and exempted river cruises. Though this still precludes all ocean-going cruises of all sizes -- including expedition vessels -- there is an implication that this could also open up cruises round UK waters.
