Forecast Update:Rain continues to move east ~ Mike

The heavy rain from earlier this morning is continuing to move off to the east. There is still a lot of water on the roads from the heavy downpours.

We'll clear later today, highs in the upper 60s, and windy. Wind advisory for Val Verde and Kinney counties until 6:00 pm.
