Florida Governor Says No To Calls For Gym Closures In The State

A report prepared for the White House Task Force on COVID-19 recommended that states in “red zones” where COVID-19 cases are increasing at the highest rates should close all gyms among other businesses, but Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis pushed back on that advice for his state, saying gyms are helping people remain healthy.
