After three weeks, a provisional and quite impressive balance can be drawn up. | | Manufacturers and production companies can now add the production data of their own developed products (like EPD's and LCA's) to the SharingScan, completely free of charge. This is also called a product passport, which states the unique characteristics of each product.
For producers and manufacturers, it becomes more and more important (and sometimes even required) to know how often a product is used, how it is handled, whether the product is fully used and what will be done with the product at the end of its lifecycle.
The SharingScan provides insights into this usage for the producers, because the scan calculates the CO2 and energy savings when a product will be shared and thus will be used more efficiently. |
