Licensing Application Process Update OFSI has issued an update to its General Guidance and published a blog, to clarify the process relating to incomplete licence applications. Due to sustained high demand for specific licences, to reduce delays and ensure a timely service can be provided for all applicants, OFSI will now resume returning incomplete applications in line with the stated procedure outlined in its General Guidance.
