Packaging

When packaging introduces sensuality

TNT GROUP creates new packaging designs for PARFUMS D'ORSAY.

Wrapped in green striated paper, both inside and out, this cardboard box has been specially designed for the collection of three Extraits de Parfums D'ORSAY: Flower Lust, Incense Crush, and Tonka Hysteria, available in 50 ml and 90 ml sizes.

Each of the six creations is marked by a black debossed logo and identified by customized labels applied on demand. The meticulous design of this packaging is part of a strategy to optimize the supply chain by reducing the number of components.

Renewed Gold Medal

Virospack has once again been awarded the Ecovadis Gold Medal in February 2025, reaffirming its position among the top 5% of the world's highest-rated companies in sustainability. This year, the company has improved its score from 70 to 79 points in the 2024 assessment, further strengthening its commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Ecovadis is the world's most recognized sustainability rating agency, evaluating companies on critical aspects such as environmental impact, labor practices and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The overall score reflects the quality of a company’s sustainability management system at the time of assessment, and the medal criteria are periodically reviewed.

TREND UPDATE

Ideas, thoughts, critics, trends, forecasts - what the industry talks about.

Prof. Dr.
Andrea Wanninger, Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences

"Several major trends are emerging in skincare. Personalization of products is a focus, whereby individual skin needs are addressed with DNA analyses and skin diagnosis apps. This enables customised care that addresses specific skin problems. Epigenetics is becoming increasingly important. It investigates how environmental factors influence gene expression and therefore also skin ageing and health. Innovative products utilise this knowledge to develop formulations that specifically address the skin’s genetic predispositions.
There is a trend towards multi-sensory experience products that not only care for the skin but also increase well-being. By combining fragrance, texture and active ingredients, these products offer a holistic experience. Research into probiotics and microbiome changes in the skin is important, too. These approaches aim to promote the skin’s natural balance and thus improve skin health in the long term. Overall, cosmetic research shows an increasing integration of science, personalized approaches and sustainability to meet consumer needs."
