Use Shop Vac to Clean a Small Animal Cage
Do you have small animals (hamsters, guinea pigs) and find it hard to clean their cages? I use my shop vac to do the job. Just remember to take the animal out first! Shop vac the bedding, wipe out with a cloth, and add in fresh bedding.
Put a House Key on Your Dog Leash
Keep an extra key to your house and/or car on the end of your dog leash. When you take your pet for a walk in the neighborhood, or in the park, you will not have to worry about locking yourself out accidentally.
Feed Your Pet in the Carrier
To acclimate your cat or dog to its carrier and so they'll have something good associated with it, feed them in their carrier. That way, it will not only be easier to take them to the vet, but if there's ever an emergency, it won't be hard to get them in it.
