Facebook sued over assets transfer to Ireland; Microsoft previews 64-bit Office for Mac; More than 120 D-Link devices open to remote flaw

In further evidence of a growing backlash against multinationals shifting taxable income offshore, Facebook and accounting firm Ernst & Young have been accused of providing figures lower by billions of dollars when transferring intangible assets to the social giant's Ireland subsidiary.

More than 120 D-Link devices, including cameras, are vulnerable to a remote exploit which can lead to takeover by a malicious individual. The initial report about this flaw was made in June by researchers who noticed it in the firmware of the D-Link DCS-930L Network Cloud Camera.
