Facebook is unveiling its new video section, Watch, featuring long-form and episodic shows, moving it closer to offering users a TV-like experience. The advertising industry is dabbling in virtual reality ads, but slow consumer adoption of VR and the high cost of making the ads makes them more hype than reality at this point. Focused on millennials, marketers have often overlooked Gen Zers or lumped them in with millennials. Now, there's a new crop of agencies aiming to reach Gen Z and sell it to advertisers.
