Dear Clients and Business Partners, With the COVID-19 und COVID-19-Plus loans, the Swiss Federal Council has created an instrument to provide funds to enterprises suffering from crisis-related liquidity constraints in a quick and uncomplicated way. In the discussions with our Swiss and international clients questions are raised in particular with regard to the eligibility requirements and the available amounts, as well as the restrictions imposed on borrowers by the Ordinance.
