He leads an agency of 86 staff and management of the R3 billion Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
	Dorelle Sapere Senior project manager: Mandela Bay Development Agency Sapere has over 20 years of experience in development, architecture and urban design training. Sapere has spearheaded several major catalytic projects, such as those pre-2010 World Cup. The Bayworld programme has been on Sapere’s portfolio since 2016.
	Luvuyo Mini Director: Bayworld Mini is a Bayworld Director representing the Eastern Cape Provincial Government department overseeing Bayworld. Mini is the critical link to the city and the MBDA.
	Gary van Niekerk Mayor: Nelson Mandela Bay Gary van Niekerk is the executive mayor of Nelson Mandela Bay and former Speaker of the Council. The Bayworld project sits on land owned by the city; the mayor is the development champion.
