My brother and I are trying to eat healthier foods and be more active. Since he works full time and is heavily involved in his church, it's difficult for him to get to the gym some days. And I simply can't afford to go. To make being active something to look forward to and more convenient, I made exercise jars.

If you are having a party and need a lot of ice, use muffin tins.The full size ones are great for ice too, because you get bigger ice and it will not melt as quick.

Simply tie some mono filament fishing line to your key and slip in into one of your house siding openings so only the filament is exposed. Pull it out when needed!
