On this tour, you will discover the Southern Rias Baixas Coast, visiting fish markets, coastal trail walks, a boat ride and even learning hands-on cooking how to make Galician Seafood dishes with an expert chef, etc... Staying the first 3 nights at a 5* Urban Spa hotel in the city centre of Vigo. From the roof-top spa/pool enjoy spectacular views of the bay during the day, or even for a cocktail at night at the skyline bar. Moving away from the coast we following the course of the river into the Miño river valley, a magical land on both sides of the river Miño a natural border separating Galicia from Northern Portugal. We will be based for 3 nights at a stylish Wine Country Eco Hotel 4*. From here we will explore three different Appellations of Origin in Galicia: Rias Baixas, Ribeiro and Ribeira Sacra.
