We've got a busy week ahead with Halloween approaching - and possibly the scariest of all, the looming Westminster Budget on Wednesday.

Before all that, an exclusive story today from our education correspondent Calum Ross on more fallout from the RAAC crisis: Scotland's colleges are facing a repair bill of almost £800 million. Problems with the concrete used to construct many buildings across Scotland and beyond are continuing and the sector is the latest to reveal the full effects of the problem.

Calum also looks at why the issue has slipped down the public agenda and urges the Scottish Government to fix the roof, even though it's raining, going against the mantra of all builders everywhere.
