Ex-Cuyahoga County law director resigned in 2019 as part of deal with prosecutors in corruption probe, documents reveal
Triozzi signed a non-prosecution agreement on Jan. 3, 2019, in which he agreed to step down and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office agreed not to pursue criminal charges against him over his failure to properly oversee portions of the county’s boondoggled IT overhaul known as the ERP project, according to a copy of the three-page agreement.
