The other week, I met with a small contingent from our paid subscriber community. We talked about the importance of structure in our daily writing and lives explored the two basic (but not simple) formats of any book.

I fielded questions and waxed philosophic and we ended up landing in a really interesting place that resulted in this post that now has 200+ comments! If you haven’t shared what you’re working on and commented on someone else’s post, please do!

Our recent community call inspired me to make this community more of a group-led thing instead of a me-led thing. Of course, I want to continue to share with you my own perspective and thoughts on writing, publishing, and creative work. But I also want to hear from more of you and what you’re learning about life and this magical thing called creativity.

I don’t know where we’ll go (that’s never been the goal), but I am excited to share the journey with you!
