On both days of the celebrations, exhibitions, installations and performances presenting contemporary artists’ perspectives from Bogotá, Lima, Quito and Mexico City will invite visitors to explore and rediscover Humboldt’s legacy. Lectures by guest speakers from London, Berlin and Potsdam in addition to discussions and a live podium linking three continents via Novosibirsk, Berlin and Bogotá will create a multitude of encounters and unexpected perspectives. As an exclusive feature, parts of the construction site will be open on both days.
