Moore wisdom

Demi Moore should rebrand herself as a self-help guru.

This week, the "G.I. Jane" actress doled out a hearty helping of love advice so satisfying, your therapist should be worried.

Reflecting on her three failed marriages to Freddy Moore (1981 to 1985), Bruce Willis (1987 to 2000) and Ashton Kutcher (2005 to 2013), she confessed she'd "changed myself so many times over and over to fit what I thought somebody else wanted" before realizing "we’re kind of conditioned to work towards being desired, but we’re not supposed to have desires of our own."

What a concept, please tell me Moore!

“I think it’s a process of learning to love yourself, accepting who you are just as you are,” she explained, a sentiment that came across loud and clear in her 2019 memoir, "Inside Out."

Like Moore, even Rihanna — a goddess among mortals — could benefit from a little self-love refresher, as the hitmaker recently revealed she felt like "a clown" in her iconic yellow gown at the 2015 Met Gala.

Despite being instantly crowned the best-dressed guest there, she admitted she was "so scared to get out of that car because I felt like, ‘I’m doing too much.’ I was driving past the red carpet, and I was just seeing, like, gowns, and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I’m a clown.'"

Fast forward five years, and the only laughing Rihanna is doing is all the way to the bank: The Fenty Beauty founder is set to launch her skincare line Friday.

Meanwhile, fellow beauty mogul Kylie Jenner and her best friend Stassie Karanikolaou actually are doing too much. They seem to have morphed into a version of "The Shining" twins for the Instagram age. Donning flesh-colored mesh catsuits, matching waist trainers and blank expressions, they've pulled and plumped their way to looking almost identical.

"This is creepy how y’all are actually clones," one person commented.

The bottom line? There's only one you and that alone deserves a toast.

Drinking of you fondly,

Maggie
