If I were to make a Valentine’s Day treat for my coworkers, it would be this cake. Wouldn’t that be a nice gesture? Walking into work next Friday with a beautiful chocolate bundt that’s brimming with rich flavor from a combo of cocoa and chocolate-enhancing coffee powder. It's also studded with flecks of chocolate from a chopped up bar. I like to add a dash of cinnamon when I make it (about ½ teaspoon)—it’s not in the recipe, but I like to dust cups of cocoa with cinnamon, too.
