As the year is coming to an end, we would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you for reading us this year! It has been a challenging but rewarding year: 2287 payment service providers have already joined the SEPA Instant Credit scheme: over 57% of European PSPs from 23 countries. Moreover, the estimated share of the SCT Inst volumes in total SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT plus SCT Inst) volumes is growing rapidly, and the latest data regarding the third quarter of 2020 show a percentage of 7.47. Also, we have published the first version of the SEPA Request-to-Pay (SRTP) scheme rulebook! And this is not all, find out more in our newest Rep(l)ay issue! Highlight Javier Santamaría is re-elected as Chair of the European Payments Council for a two-year mandate

The General Assembly of the EPC, a representative body of European payment service providers, has re-elected Javier Santamaría as its Chair and Narinda You as its Vice-Chair. Their mandates take effect immediately and will run for the next two years.
