Vil du hjælpe vores søsterforeninger? Dear Affiliated Societies, We are approaching you with a request to support a project to gain an understanding of the factors affecting retention of SLP/SLTs within the profession. This project is a joint initiative between The European Speech and Language Therapy Association (ESLA) and the International Association of Communication Sciences and Disorders (IALP). This objective has been driven by a global sense that it is proving increasingly challenging to retain colleagues within our profession. Please assist us by disseminating the survey information and link to all individual members of your organisation. The survey information and link we respectfully ask you to disseminate is as follows: On behalf of The European Speech and Language Therapy Association (ESLA) and the International Association of Communication Sciences and Disorders (IALP), we invite you to complete the following survey exploring experiences of staff retention in the profession of SLP/SLT - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FGM9FG3 All responses will be anonymous. The findings will be disseminated to ESLA and IALP membership. In addition, we will share findings more widely as workforce availability and planning is of interest to many health organisations, governments and the World Health Organisation. Please share this link with your SLP/SLT colleagues and any people who trained as a SLP/SLT however no longer work as a SLP/SLT. The survey will be open for four weeks, until 20th July 2023. Thank you for your participation. Best wishes, Vanessa Ebejer Chief Executive Officer, IALP |
