Meet our brussel sprout farmers

MEET OUR BRUSSELS SPROUTS FARMERS.

ALDI have sourced brussels sprouts from Eastbrook Farms since 2010. This family run farm was established in 1949 by Leigh’s father, Ray. Eastbrook’s main farm is 40km east of Adelaide at Mt Barker. Their other farm is at Langhorne Creek. Having two farms in different geological zones lets the team grow brussels sprouts almost all year long. Lucky us!
