Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is keeping true to his promise to “own no house” having offloaded yet another one of his Bel Air homes. This time the tech tycoon sold the famed Gene Wilder house to Jordan Walker-Pearlman, a nephew of Wilder, and even partially financed his purchase. Meanwhile over in the L.A. enclave of Fremont Place, retired actor Bridget Fonda and her musician husband Danny Elman have hoisted two opulent mansions onto the market, listing them for $5.8 million and $8.8 million, respectively.
