Ellen DeGeneres is feeling nostalgic. The talk show host has shelled out $14.3 million for Montecito’s Rancho San Leandro — a property she bought for $7.2 million in 2017 and flipped shortly afterwards. The roughly six-acre estate is comprised of several buildings, including a stunning 3,100-square-foot, single-story adobe hacienda. Meanwhile, over in Malibu, Don Hankey plunked down about $20.8 million for a large but quirky home sited immediately next door to a property owned by Larry Ellison. Though it has a rather dowdy outward façade, the spread boasts a midcentury main house, three guest apartments, two swimming pools and a pool house.
