Elizabeth Hewson does a great chicken traybake. Her potato and lemon chicken traybake is one of our most successful recipes ever. Now she has a new traybake that she says could be her best. In this week's recipe, Elizabeth offers a simple and simply satisfying dinner of chicken thighs, sumac, lemon, feta and more, and teams it with a cucumber salad. Easy and effective, and follow it with her lovely, old-fashioned banana cake recipe.

Katrina Meynink's recipes are always popular and work fantastically well. This week she provides some full-flavoured recipes that are great for family dining. Try her pasta alla vodka and her chicken curry pie, which as she puts it, is so mildly spiced she could "feed it to a baby".

Happy cooking.
