International jet-setter Nassef Sawiris already has homes in Cairo, New York City and London, but Adidas' largest shareholder has added to that collection with the $24 million purchase of a strikingly photogenic Beverly Hills mansion. Originally built in the late 1960s, the hilltop house was recently rebuilt and radically redesigned by architect William Hefner. Elsewhere, billionaire tycoon David Bonderman and Hollywood producer Christa Campbell have paid $30 million for two luxury homes, and Bhad Bhabie has added a West Coast outpost to her growing property portfolio.
