A Message From the Editor

Good morning. The news this week was dominated by deals that Big Law firms struck with President Donald Trump to avoid getting slapped with Executive Orders, and law firms' attempts to wipe out references to diversity, equity and inclusion that might incur the U.S. President's wrath -- and maybe retribution. But the week ended with hundreds of law firms, former judges and law professors signing on to amicus briefs in support of Perkins Coie, a firm that has chosen to fight the Trump administration's Executive Order in court. Enjoy the weekend.
