United Kingdom Retail Sales Aug. 2024: 1% m/m U.K. retail sales surged by a higher-than-expected 1% m/m in August, building on a strong 0.7% rise in July. Hong Kong SAR (China) Consumer Price Index Aug. 2024: 2.5% y/y Hong Kong's headline composite consumer price index rose 2.5% year over year in August, matching the reading in July. Canada Industrial Product and Raw Materials Price Indexes Aug. 2024: -0.8% m/m The Industrial Product Price Index dropped 0.8% over the month in August. Canada Retail Trade Jul. 2024: 0.9% m/m After falling for two consecutive months, retail sales increased in July by 0.9%, reaching C$66.4 billion.
