The restaurant, the brainchild of celebrity chef Scott Conant, offers a classic regional Italian menu combining the home-cooked dishes his grandmother used to make with the refined flavors of fine cuisine — with a backdrop of breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Fontainebleau’s poolscape.

Not-to-be-missed classics are Chef Conant’s simple signature spaghetti with tomato and basil served perfectly al dente, and starters like the creamy polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms.
