Chef Scott Conant will host immersive multi-course dinners for three days in October. At this pop-up trattoria, Fusco, the chef will serve a menu centered around interpretations of Italian classics, inspired by his family's favorite recipes and the history of San Francisco - dishes include cioppino and a butternut squash bruschetta with smoked yogurt - and the meals are couple with a virtual experience powered by Infiniti.
