Last month, Mike and I had a window of time for a summer vacay without an agenda. We settled on Québec City for a playdate in a cooler climate! While there, I was able to snag the recipe of an INCREDIBLE pork belly [top] we shared at Chez Muffy, a farmhouse inspired bistro housed inside the Auberge Saint-Antoine hotel. |
Just three ingredients make up the classic preparation of a Boulevardier cocktail: whisky, sweet vermouth and Campari (a bitter liqueur). Our version here calls for Monkey Shoulder, the world's first triple-malt Scotch, with its sweet and rich vanilla flavor and exceptionally smooth finish. The end of summer is bittersweet! |
