Easy No-Bake Fall Pumpkin Dessert

By dalessandrokim

dessert in serving bowl and jarIf you're craving the sweet and spicy flavor of fall you have to try this easy no-bake treat. It's a four-ingredient dessert that's just as tasty as classic pumpkin pie, but it's much faster and easier to make. It's perfect for warm autumn days when you'd rather not turn on the oven. Best of all, you can quickly and easily prepare a single serving or as many as you need. Although it's super simple to make, the combination of flavors and textures is absolutely amazing!

Buffalo Cauliflower

By attosa

Buffalo Cauliflower on plateI love buffalo wings so much but I really can't be eating all that much fried chicken dunked in fatty sauces all the time. Bring in the buffalo cauliflower! This alternative is delicious and a fair bit better for you. Cauliflower is packed with vitamins, protein, and fiber.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

By Judy

Sweet and Sour MeatballsThis is a great recipe for the busy person, as it can be made in the slow cooker. If you use all pre-made frozen items, there is virtually no prep time. I prepared my own meatballs and used fresh onions and peppers, as it was cheaper for me. When frozen meatballs and vegetables go on sale, I will be using that.

Place Sour Cream in a Ziploc

By Michelle P

I always use a baggie to fill my deviled eggs, so I thought "why not try using a baggie to put the sour cream on my tacos and wraps". It is fantastic! You can evenly distribute the sour cream with no fuss or broken shells.
