The region's top commercial and residential property deals, developments, builders, developers and personalities have been recognised at the East Midlands Property Dinner 2021. Held at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre, the event marked the 21st anniversary of the awards, with HMRC's 25-year pre-let deal for phase one of Unity Square, Nottingham, winning Property Deal of the last 21 Years. The awards were sponsored by ADC Infrastructure Ltd, Cambridge & Counties Bank, Freeths LLP, Pegasus Group, William Davis Homes and Willmott Dixon, while Marketing Derby sponsored the drinks reception.
